Delete your Fineline account

How to request deletion

1. Fill in the form with your name and an email we can reply to.
2. Include the phone number you use to sign in and your workshop name in the message.
3. We may contact you to confirm the request comes from the account holder.

You can also email privacy@mysthetic.com from any address with the same details.

What we delete

• Your sign-in account and phone number.
• Your profile: name and language preference.
• Your workshop membership and role.
• If you are a workshop owner: the workshop and all of its ledger data, members and vendor records.

What we may keep

• Ledger entries you were part of in someone else's workshop are that workshop's business records. The material movements stay, but your name and phone number are removed from them.
• Information we must keep by law or to resolve disputes, for as long as required.
• Crash and analytics data, which is not linked to your name or phone number and expires under Firebase's retention settings.

Timeline

We complete deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm by email when done.
