By accessing our products, be it free or premium versions, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and related site
provisions, each and every time that you visit. You agree also to abide by and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, statutes, ordinances and
regulations, and with our various rules and prohibitions that we list throughout this Agreement, regarding your use of our website, apps, content, services and any software
provided therein. Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using, accessing and/or browsing our website constitutes acceptance acceptance of these terms and
conditions. If you do not agree to each and every term and condition set forth herein, please stop using our services immediately.
You agree that there is consideration passing between both parties to the agreement, and you hereby acknowledge your voluntary intention to be legally bound to all
provisions and materials that comprise the agreement.
You agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statues, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of our services, and content.
As stated, we are not owned, operated or affiliated with the Government. Our applications contains general information regarding the written/computerized knowledge test in different states/provinces/countries for informational and educational purposes only. We are not claiming to act on behalf of, nor that we are endorsed, sponsored or sanctioned by any governmental unit or authority. Where we make a definitive statement regarding the test or the motor vehicle laws or regulations, we are referencing the official driver’s manual and/or motor vehicle laws. In rare instances, our interpretation of the official driver’s manual’s wording may be inaccurate in some respect; you hereby recognize this fact and agree to always rely on the manual and laws as the final word on the official test materials. Our practice tests are for learning purposes only, and can’t guarantee specific questions or results on official exams. Our program, developed by experts, closely mirrors exam material and includes effective learning techniques. Following our program and focusing on the material can significantly improve your chances of success.
Your account, content, and testing materials are for personal use only, specifically for preparing for the driver’s license or permit test you’ve chosen. For educational
programs requiring test preparation for multiple students, a business account can be established by contacting our customer service. Each account, whether free or Premium,
is for single-user use and shouldn’t be shared unless additional services are purchased through FlashPath. If an account is accessed more frequently than an average
individual user, FlashPath reserves the right to block future use. This Agreement doesn’t establish any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer or
franchisor-franchisee relationship between us.
If you breach any of the aforementioned restrictions, this license will automatically end. FlashPath reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without
prior notice, for any reason at our sole discretion. In the event of such termination, you agree to delete any materials you have downloaded, whether in electronic or
printed form.
This Agreement can be modified at any time without specific notice to you, with updates posted on the website and, if applicable, this page. We may also choose to send amendment notices to your email address, at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the services after an amendment signifies your acceptance of the changes. The most recent version of the Agreement, including all changes, will always be available on our website. Therefore, your ongoing use of the site indicates your acceptance of any updates, revisions, or modifications to this Agreement. It’s important for you to periodically check the website and this page to review any changes to the Agreement.
FlashPath operates on a standard no-refund policy, similar to most online businesses, due to the significant costs associated with setting up, processing, and maintaining customer accounts. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, typically when a technical issue has impacted the delivery or quality of our product or service. However, it’s essential that you first contact us and attempt to resolve the issue. If the problem could have been readily fixed and you didn’t promptly reach out to us, we won’t consider a refund.
If you purchase a subscription plan with automatic renewal, it’s your responsibility to turn off the auto-renewal in your account dashboard when you no longer need the Premium services. FlashPath may not be able to offer a full or partial refund if you’re charged by our automatic renewal feature for unused services, at our discretion.
Customers can cancel their Premium membership and/or subscription at any time through their Google Play or Apple App Store account settings, providing their membership name and email address. It’s your responsibility to halt the automatic payments from recurring, which can be done in your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. To ensure you’re not charged by auto-renewal during a transition period, you must act in advance, before the funds are withdrawn by the automatic renewal process. Once the funds are withdrawn, refund requests are considered invalid and will not be honored.
This Contract represents the complete understanding between you and us concerning the Services or Products you are purchasing or will purchase. It takes precedence over all previous or simultaneous representations, understandings, agreements, or communications, whether in writing or spoken, between you and us that pertain to this Contract’s subject matter. We will not be obligated by, and expressly reject, any term, condition, or other provision that differs from or adds to the provisions of this Contract (even if it would significantly modify this Contract) and which you provide in any order, receipt, acceptance, confirmation, correspondence, or other document. If there is a discrepancy between the terms of this document and the terms found in any other information or materials, such as on a website or in a mobile app that we may provide for our customers’ use, the terms in this document will prevail.
