Don't pass? Your next month is free.

If you study with a paid FlashPath subscription and don't pass your official knowledge test, we add one month of full access to your subscription, free.

Who can claim

• You had a paid FlashPath subscription before your test date.
• You did not pass the official knowledge test for the licence class the app covers.

How to claim

Within 30 days of the test, email info@flashpath.app with:

1. Your store order ID. Apple: on your App Store receipt email or at reportaproblem.apple.com (it looks like MK1A2B3C4D). Google Play: on your Google Play receipt (it starts with GPA.).
2. A photo or screenshot of your result or the official notice. Please cover your licence number, date of birth and address.

What you get

One month of full access, free, added to your subscription. If your subscription has ended, we send you a code for a free month. We reply within 3 business days.

Limits

Once per failed test, up to two times per subscription per year.

Questions

Is the Pass Guarantee a refund?

No. You get another month of full access, free. Payments are handled by Apple and Google, and our standard no-refund policy still applies.

What if my subscription has already ended?

We send you a code for one free month instead of extending your subscription.

Does my subscription renew after the free month?

Yes. The free month is added to your subscription, which then renews as normal unless you cancel in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Which tests does it cover?

The official knowledge (written) test for the licence class the app covers, such as the learner's permit or knowledge test for a car licence.
